EnMS PRACTITIONER
EnMS Practitioner Training
Key information
Duration: 2 days
Location: In House
Format: Onsite training and workshop with exercises and templates
Outcome: Ability to operate key elements of an ISO 50001 EnMS
Prerequisites: Foundations level or basic ISO 50001 familiarity
Who this course is for?
Energy managers and energy team members
Facilities, engineering and operations leads
ISO 50001 coordinators and internal auditors
Organisations actively implementing or running an EnMS
Key learnings include:
Conduct and maintain an energy review
Identify and manage Significant Energy Uses (SEUs)
Develop meaningful Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs) and baselines
Create action plans and operational controls
Integrate monitoring, metering and data into the EnMS
Prepare for internal audits and management review
EnMS LEAD
EnMs LEAD Training
Key information
Duration: 5 days
Location: In House
Format: Facilitated workshop with implementation planning
Outcome: Capability to lead and sustain an effective ISO 50001 EnMS
Prerequisites: Practitioner level knowledge or equivalent experience
Who this course is for
EnMS leads and programme owners
Energy and sustainability managers with implementation responsibility
CI / Lean leads supporting energy performance improvement
Consultants or facilitators supporting ISO 50001 rollouts
Key learnings include:
Plan and manage an ISO 50001 implementation programme
Establish governance, leadership engagement and accountability
Embed EnMS into business-as-usual processes
Drive continual improvement using performance data and reviews
Lead management reviews and improvement cycles
Align EnMS with capital projects, Energy Efficient Design and decarbonisation plans
